Our youth ministry helps students build a personal, lasting relationship with Jesus. Every lesson is rooted in Scripture and connected to real life so students can live with courage, wisdom, and faith in the world around them.

Jarred Hutton
Youth Minister
Jarred was baptized into Christ in 1994 and moved with his family to Pleasanton in 1995. After graduating in 2000, he served 22 years in the U.S. Navy. Jarred returned to Pleasanton and began serving as youth minister in 2024. He and his wife, Maribel, have eight children.
Mike Maxwell
Youth Deacon
Mike serves as a youth deacon and is one of our resident technology experts. He works for the Pleasanton school system and cares deeply for his family, the church, and its young people.
Richard Marquez
Youth Deacon
Richard serves as a youth deacon and is a respected Pleasanton teacher and basketball coach. He brings a deep love for Christ, the church, and its young people.
Robert Hutton Sr.
Elder overseeing the Youth
Robert serves as an elder overseeing the youth ministry. Retired from the United States Air Force, he has a deep love for God, family, and country—and a kid-at-heart spirit that keeps him involved in projects across the congregation.
