GOD'S PLAN OF SALVATION

Salvation begins with God's grace. “For by grace you have been saved through faith … it is the gift of God, not of works” (Ephesians 2:8–9). In love, God sent Jesus Christ into the world. Through His life, teaching, death on the cross, and resurrection, God made redemption possible.

God has done what we could never do for ourselves. Scripture also calls us to respond to the gospel in faith and obedience:

HEAR THE GOSPEL
“How shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?” (Romans 10:14)

BELIEVE
“Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:6)

REPENT OF SIN
“Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.” (Acts 17:30)

CONFESS JESUS AS LORD
“I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” (Acts 8:36–37)

BE BAPTIZED FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS
“Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” (Acts 2:38)

LIVE A FAITHFUL CHRISTIAN LIFE
“You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people … who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” (1 Peter 2:9)
